Little Weekend Project, trying to get a color for a project, I saw this create idea in a Rug Hooking Magazine, use your old and new pieces and over dye them. This is before...

This is in the pot, I used 2 colors one of each end ...

After, ready to dry.

Are these new colors to be a part of the frog design?? What a great way to use up little bits and pieces.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if these will be for the frog design yet, the color is a little dark, they are finished drying today and I'll look closer.
ReplyDeleteHi Corinne ~ May I ask what colors you used to overdye this lovely pile of worms?? They really look good ~ I've not dyed any worms yet!
ReplyDeleteHello I used, 1/32 Bottle Green and 1/64 Choc Brown on one side (copied from a magazine) and 1/32 Moss Green and 1/32 Bottle Green on the other side. Worms -- I like that, that is a new term for me.
