Small Snowman print on primitive burlap with the edges serged.
Update on my Rug Studio, I have 4 of the 5 doors on and approx. 70% of the moldings complete. These are the oraments still hanging out in my basement and about 2 inches of dust covering the floors.
Oooh pick me, pick me! And you wouldn't even have to pay for shipping! LOL If I win I would take the deep purple and I would use it to hook PANSIES........Yes P-A-N-S-I-E-S...... (wink) :)

What a treat it would be if I was chosen. That deep purple would do wonders in a UFO that needs a shade like that to finish it. Purple is my eldest sister's favorite color and this rug is for her. She has helped me through all my struggles including my recent hospitalization. Maybe she can get her reward for her patience and understanding.

I'd love to win a piece of your hand dyed wool Corinne! I don't think I'd even cut it. I'd add to my stash as a good luck piece that came from a sister rug hooker in another "Land"!! Or.....maybe if I did cut it I could use a little in the forest secrets challenge rug. There is hope for your Rug Studio......just hang in there a little while longer! Cathy G
ReplyDelete"What I would do with my new wool"? I would hug it, and love it, and make it my very own. The Crazy Colors piece is perfectly inviting and will add just the right amount of spice to any project!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your generosity!
How beautiful, Corrine ~ and how generous!! The purple piece is speaking to me ~ loud and clear!! I love dramatic colors ~ not sure which rug I would use it in but one that I was going to see a lot so that I could enjoy that deep rich color!! Very creative dying, by the way!
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog today. What a great site. I would use your wool to inspire new hookers. Sending it to my niece and sister in law who have just started hooking in North Carolina
ReplyDeleteI'd love the purple. It would go in my Green Cat that I am hooking as one or two of my Lion flowers. The Green Cat is a challenge piece I'm doing for Sunni's Forest Secrets Challenge on Rug Hooking Daily group. You can see my start of in on my FanXstitch blog at: http://fanxstitch.blogspot.com/
